You may refer to Ravody by name and link to our Site in a manner that is factually accurate and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist, provided that:
- The reference is truthful and not misleading;
- The Ravody logo is not modified, distorted, or combined with other marks in a way that creates confusion; and

3. Prohibited Use of Ravody Marks
You may not:
- Use the Ravody Marks as part of your own product, company, or domain name;
- Use the Ravody Marks in a way that disparages Ravody or its content;

4. Third-Party Trademarks Referenced on Ravody
Ravody’s reviews and news coverage reference numerous third-party product names, company names, and logos belonging to VPN providers, game publishers/developers, AI companies, and software vendors (collectively, “Third-Party Marks”). All Third-Party Marks are the property of their respective owners.
5. Nominative Fair Use
Our use of Third-Party Marks is made under the doctrine of nominative fair use: we reference these marks solely to identify, describe, review, and compare the actual products and services in question, using no more of the mark than reasonably necessary, and without suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark owner.
