1. Our Commitment to Copyright
Ravody respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and applicable international equivalents.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content appearing on Ravody infringes a copyright you own or control, please submit a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes the following information, as required under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Site (e.g., a specific URL);
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material within 10โ14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Ravody will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
6. Fair Use in Reviews and Commentary
Ravody’s reviews and news coverage may reference, quote, or display limited excerpts of third-party material (such as screenshots of software interfaces, game footage, or product marketing images) for the purposes of criticism, commentary, and news reporting, consistent with fair use/fair dealing principles. If you are a rights holder with a specific concern about how your material has been used, please contact us before filing a formal notice โ we are generally glad to resolve concerns cooperatively.
7. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
